The film tries to look through a youngster who is discarded as a below average student by parents and global competitive education system. This is done in the backdrop of mentally challenged children whose right of survival is not accepted whole heartedly by our society and treated them as worthless till date. Every human being can add beauty and meaning to the life in his own way. This theme runs through the film. This is an attempt to redefine the concept of life, happiness and success through the film.
In this film, the students of a school for mentally challenged, have prudently participated in acting and dubbing along with the professional actors and actresses.

Film has bagged a special jury award in PIFF (Pune International Film Festival, India, 2006) Judged by Milton Shefter (USA), Jahanu Barua (India), Mazair Miri(Iran), Film bagged Best film Award by Zee Marathi.

The film is debut attempt of Mr. Abhiram Bhadakamkar, the director, and the backdrop being a school of mentally challenged students, the actual students participation in acting and dubbing was attempted. This film focuses on the global concept of competitiveness and success, academic brilliance in local or Asian context.
